The South Central Regional Transit District (SCRTD) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified civil engineering firms to evaluate, survey, design, and prepare bid-ready construction documents for new asphalt pavement and related site improvements at the Sunland Park Mobility and Energy Hub.
