The mission of the South Central Regional Transit District (SCRTD) is to strengthen communities, facilitate economic and educational activities, and promote health and safety through safe and efficient regional transportation services.

New On Call Service In Development
A new SCRTD transit service is schedule to begin later this month. See attached for more details. The new service will include a new portal on the website next to bus schedule information.
Driver Shields Produced In-house
The SCRTD Maintenance staff secured supplies, designed, produced and installed new Plexiglas Shields on a bus as a prototype. Staff are now working on starting work on a second bus pending the delivery of supplies.
SCRTD Stands Committed to Continue Its Essential Service
Transit workers, especially bus drivers, are essential to getting nurses, doctors, grocery store and other frontline workers to their jobs.
