South Central Regional Transit District (SCRTD) is seeking a qualified and collaborative marketing and advertising firm to develop and implement a comprehensive branding, outreach, and communications program. The selected firm will support SCRTD’s efforts to modernize its brand, increase regional ridership, and expand public awareness across South Central New Mexico.
