Independence Day Holiday Service Schedule

South Central Regional Transit District (SCRTD) will observe the Independence Day holiday for administrative staff on Friday, July 3, 2026, and operate a reduced holiday transit schedule on Saturday, July 4, 2026.

Friday, July 3, 2026

SCRTD administrative offices will be closed.

Bus service will continue to operate on its regular schedule.

Saturday, July 4, 2026

SCRTD will operate a reduced holiday transit schedule. The following routes will be in service:

Yellow Route

Silver Route

Purple Route

This reduced schedule preserves core regional connectivity between Sunland Park, Anthony, and El Paso.

Monday, July 6, 2026

Regular service and administrative office hours will resume.
