On Wednesday, April 25th, the SCRTD Board approved an update to the District’s five year plan. The five year plan was developed and approved by the Board in April 2015. The plan provides goals and objectives for the District and is required for by the New Mexico State Department of Transportation for eligibility to apply for grants. The District has been successfully in attracting and receiving grant funding for the past two years. Over fifty percent of the District’s funding comes from NM DOT grants.
